Alessandro Rodolico

Alessandro is a psychiatrist and psychotherapist. During his training in psychiatry, he spent a period at the Section of Evidence-Based Psychiatry and Psychotherapy of the Technical University of Munich, where he learned the most up-to-date methodological aspects of evidence synthesis, mentored by Professor Stefan Leucht and Irene Bighelli.

He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Neuroscience at the University of Catania, Italy. Concurrently, he does his clinical activity at the University Hospital “G. Rodolico” in Catania. His research interests include evidence synthesis in the form of systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and network meta-analyses, focusing on pharmacological and psychological interventions for schizophrenia, with a particular interest in the clinical management of stable patients in the long term.

Since October 2020, he has been Associate Editor of the Cochrane Schizophrenia Group.
